Abstract | This report gives new experimental results from a project to develop a new approach to predicting and measuring the architectural speech security of meeting rooms. The new results are intended to experimentally validate two components of the previous work. The first part of this report presents results that evaluate the validity of previous listening tests results but in more complex and realistic conditions. The second part verifies the procedure for predicting transmitted speech levels at points 0.25 m from the outside of meeting rooms. |
