AbstractThis OR is for the launching of one Black Brant IIA rocket during daylight hours when there is radar aurora on the trajectory. The vehicle will carry the new Black Brant II and V separation and recovery unit, plus upper atmosphere experiments. Recovery of the nose cone is required.
