Abstract | We report magnetoresistance measurements on staggered quantum contacts in series. The enhanced conductance reveals interesting effects associated with the geometry of the structure and its collimation of the ballistic electrons. We are able to isolate the contributions of ballistic and non-ballistic trajectories to the conductance. We also show the system to be an interesting demonstration of the reciprocity theorem. © 1991. |
