AbstractWhen paint on the exterior of homes fails by blistering and peeling, a serious maintenance problem results. Such failure has occurred across Canada with some localities being worse than others. This report is a second progress report of observations made during the past 3 years. For the most part, it contains results of investigations carried out in the Vancouver area, and experimental repainting in Wrightville, P.Q. and visits to Corporation housing projects in a number of municipalities.
