Abstract | Experimental studies were carried out to determine the fire endurance of high-strength concrete columns. The results of ten full-scale fire endurance tests are described in this report. The variables included column dimensions, concrete strength, type of aggregate in the concrete tie configuration, eccentricity of loading and load intenstiy. These studies were conducted as part of a research program aimed at studying the fire endurance of high-strength concrete columns. |
