AbstractTables are presented describing the dependence, in a space-charge-limited plane diode, of the cathode - potential minimum and the potential minimum - anode transit times on the electron thermal velocity at the minimum. The tables cover a range of the Langmuir voltage parameters 0 < ηc ≤20 and 0 < ηa ≤400, where ηc is related to the depth of the potential minimum and ηa to the anode voltage. The results are given in a normalized form applicable to any space-charge-limited diode.
