AbstractThe present study is part of a joint research project of the National Fire Laboratory, Institute for Research in Construction, National Research Council of Canada, partially funded by the Department of National Defence and Public Works and Government Services Canada. The purpose of the project is to develop fire safety design guidelines that can be used for the design of fire protection systems in Canadian federal buildings.
