| Abstract | The International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics held its first postwar meeting in Oslo in August, 1948. This important meeting was attended by ten delegates from Canada, the chief delegate being Dr. J.T. Wilson of the University of Toronto, who is Chairman of the Council's Associate Committee on Geodesy and Geophysics and also a member of the Associate Committee on Soil and Snow Mechanics. |
